Guest Services Agent – Luxury Hotel

The Front Office department is looking for a passionate Guest Services Agent to provide guests with outstanding service in this stunning hotel. We are looking for someone with previous hotel experience, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail while being able to multitask. This position has excellent progression opportunities and would be suited to someone with an enthusiastic personality and a can-do attitude. This position reports directly to the Reception Manager.

Location: Hotel 41, Victoria London

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Pattern: Shift work, 5 days on, 2 days off

Salary: £26,000 per annum + service charge
